Is my Chinese dwarf hamster okay?

I have just got two male chinese dwarf hamsters today, moses(the okay one) is running about happy and healthy. BUT Homer, (the one im worried about) isnt as active as moses and doesnt really move, other than to hide away under the weel, should i be concerned or is it okay for it to be hiding away, I've only had them for a couple of hours But im just not sure if its okay for it to be shy lol
