Why do I look like homer simpson?! please answer!?

Okay so im a 13 year old girl and I have a problem. You know the creases on your face starting from the corner of your nostrils to you mouth from smiling? That bit of my face is darker than the rest! I sort of look like homer simpson! I have threaded the hairs around my mouth around and everything but it only got a little better. Its still like that and I dont know what it is! How do I get rid of it? Please help me! Thank you and no silly comments please.
