How to rescue kittens/cats?? HELP!?

Okay, so me and some friends found some baby kittens and a cat. We didnt quite find them but we heard them and saw one. We were told there are 4. And we REALLY want to rescue them but we arent sure how!! HELPPPPP!!!!!!
